| Kit #5268 - Wood Chip and Tin Can Scrap Service | ||||||||||||||||||
|
This new car will serve two groups of modelers. During 1972 these cars were used to transport tin can scrap from Chicago's Galewood area to Butte Montana. From 1968 to 1980 these cars were used in wood chip service in the pacific northwest. This kit replaces the roof with re-inforcing bars and a simulated tarpaulin, and the doors with non-operable panels. |
